They are horrible, they have bad customer service. And only tell you what you want to here so they don't get repeat phone call. And say that it will be done that day and your on the list of jobs but nothing. This is the worst electric company, I would rather be using Edison's power...

My neighbor is 92 years old & lost power at 3:00 pm. After checking her panel shes still without service. There is no emergency number listed for after-hours emergency which is disgusting. That leaves elderly people vulnerable.

Am moving out of state I originally asked for my power to be turned off the 16 then came in and changed it to the 19th it was 4 pm and the lady said I couldnt get my power turned back on after it was there mistake and it would cost me 250.00 for the of time do it ...so let my kids and I go without water and power for the night smh ...so glad Im moving out of this state
