If I could leave zero stars that is what I would do, this guy is a scam artist. He talks a great game, but when the time comes to deliver he is nowhere to be found! He promises he will be there tomorrow, he is getting supplies and then never shows. He is not worth your time and will rob you blind.

Took 15,000 from me to do work he was not licensed to do. He stole from my property and I found dirty needles once he left.
