Kyle came in, very hospitable and very informative about The unit and issue. Checked everything and explained everything. My house has been unable to cool down. Apparently the last a.c service CO did a hack job. I'll be sticking with this company due to their professoinalism and customer service.

Climate & energy solutions was amazing in getting our A/C system fixed. Hope, was terrific in scheduling a technician to come out in a timely manner, and also dealing with our home warranty company. She was very sympathetic to our situation and I could tell she wanted to help us get out system working quickly. Chris, the technician, was punctual and very knowledgeable about our system. We had a different company come out to look at our system initially, and they recommended a whole new system. Chris diagnosed it in minutes telling us the problem, and he had the parts for the repair in his van. I would absolutely recommend climate & energy solutions to anyone who needs hvac help. You will not be disappointed.

I called this company 2 weeks ago and asked for service. They made an appointment for me and the day before the appointment they called and asked if I needed service or maintenance, when I said maintenance they moved my appointment out another three weeks!? Apparently when you call them you need to know your HVAC lingo or you will be scheduled at a much later date. The maintenance guys do not know how to do service and the service guys do not know how to do maintenance .... strange!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Long story short, had HVAC issues on the hottest day of the year. Contacted my home warranty and several HVAC services. Dan at Climate & Energy Solutions responded before anybody (at 10:00pm, no less).The next day, again, before anybody -even my home warranty provider- got back to me, I was contacted by Hope at Climate & Energy Solutions, and was set up for a time the following day (everybody else was at least a week out when they finally did get back to me, and even my warranty provider could not find such quick service).Jeremy arrived the following day 1/2-hour early (Ive never had ANY contractor of any kind arrive early - it was AMAZING), listened to me describe my issue at length, then set to work. He completed his work quickly, and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In the end, the price for an after-hours visit plus repair/service was beyond reasonable, it was shockingly good. I will literally never call anybody else for HVAC service if/when I need it in the future. THESE FOLKS ROCK!
