I work for a church and they really worked hard to install our system and get everything working on schedule. We have had trouble with several of the inverters and the system under performed last year. The monitoring went out in March and it still hasn't been fixed something about parts being on back order. Really slow response time on service.

I don't know what the heck issue Josh Smith has with K12 Solar, but if you look at his profile he seems to hate everybody. K12 Solar is a reputable company.

I've had a quite unpleasant experience with Dean Marks, disrespectful & unprofessional salesman, which is unacceptable for an owner of this company. Dean took advantage of my trust, lied and did not deliver on his promises. He pays for others to post positive reviews on the company and had my honest review removed earlier, which goes to show this company can't be trusted. I cannot recommend K12 Solar.
