Six Rivers Solar Energy Center

Got solar system installed promptly and correctly. However problem with my wireless communication system not fixed. Been calling for four months and no call backs. Install rating- good. Service rating-lousy.

Id been considering going solar but it took someone (Laura?) canvassing my neighborhood to motivate me into action. Miguel came to my home and patiently yet inspirationally explained the options available to me. It was not a hard sell. I had to contemplate all aspects of this with time and careful consideration; Six Rivers Solar even made me aware of a finance company who could offer me agreeable and competitive terms. Megan in the office provided patient support during this process. I made the commitment and am glad to have done so; the timing of the beginning of the work was a small miracle as it preceded the rainy period. Wesley was agreeable and provided more support and patience; his crew entirely was staffed with agreeable, respectful, cordial and punctual people (I offer particular appreciation to Jonah). I feel like Ive made a wise decision and investment in having solar energy installed in my home by way of Six Rivers Solar.

Although they did not install my system Dan has done an exceptional job of not only updating my system, but helped me to understand the advantages of the portal as well as repairing items that were not done correctly by the installer. I have several friends who have used 6 Rivers Solar and their customer service is outstanding not only to the customers they have done installs for, but also for the community of people who have had other installers go out of business after installing their system.
