I had a great experience with Energy Concepts throughout the process of getting a solar system installed at my home. Mike presented the company and the technology very thoroughly and professionally in our first call; he was patient and down to earth in answering all my questions. The Energy Concepts personnel that came to our home were equally pleasant, professional and handled working in a fairly remote location well. Our solar panels and transformer are at opposite ends of our house, and the installation team managed to hide the connection between the two from view entirely by running it through the attic, despite the fact a raised ceiling in one of the rooms didn't leave them much room to work. They even painted the piping above the control boxes to match the paintwork of the house. We received permission from the utility to put the system into operation just a few days after installation was complete. Energy Concepts made what could have been a complex process very easy. FIVE STARS.

Very professional team, starting from salesperson, to the workers that did the installation. Kerri was amazing at providing information, and giving weekly updates. Sunpower panels are a bit on the high end, I will wait and see (I just got installed) if they are worth the investment. Overall great experience.

We had such a wonderful experience with Energy Concepts! From Ryan our sales rep , to Kerri the sales admin and finally the installation crew led by Walter! We cant thank them enough for what a wonderful job they did!

We found Energy Concepts when the original solar company we had signed with went bankrupt and Energy Concepts, thankfully, assumed their contracts. We could not be happier with the service we have received. Kerri kept us informed with progress in weekly emails and always responded quickly when we had questions. Danny Johal, our salesman, was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the process clearly. Walter and his installation team were fantastic. They were efficient, courteous, and performed above the job expectations.

I worked with several of the staff members and all of them were knowledgeable and were there to help in any way they could. I would recommend talking to Mike Salas if you are interested in getting a system or just to see what is available for your location. Great installers and very clean.
