We recently got solar, quick installation and no hassle.

They went through some transition with their staff for the better. I had my installation last year and Im feeling the savings. I am so grateful that they helped my roof rather than making it worse. Specially because my house is from the 30s. Best service I truly recommend.

The WORSE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ENDURED IN MY LIFE. Please do not use this company move on to a different company. They threaten to put a lien on my home when infact the services nor panels were NOT installed yet. The rep that came Irma Roman (regional manager) mentioned if we plan to move during the process to let then know so they can put a stop to the process, of which i did and attempted to cancel the process because we decided to move. They are very misleading, first they say no theres is no lien if you cancel but there is fees that may apply. Which fees? Umm no..The call i just recieved the employee Marcos at the garden grove location, since Irma Roman cant handle her own customers calls, threaten me on putting a lien over our home which i know they cannot do per Sunnova corporate of which i have also talked and complain bout their 3rd party Southwest, that they cannot do that. So, please people do not use this company and move on. They will take advantage of you and tell you misleading information to draw you in. I attempted twice calling the main office and keep sending me to Irma and it goes to her machine. I was told the manager of the office will call me and never did. I also talked to Lyn at that location of which mentioned yes of course we will cancel no problem and i will have the office manager call you back .. never did. I will call corporate directly and complain and will report to BBB. Brenda at Sunnova was very helpful. Nothing ill against them. The problem is Southwest.

This company is a fraud. They take advantage of you and treat you unfairly. The people there are very racist. They talk bad about you all the time.

Theyre a fraud!!! They just want your money! Dont trust them!!! They took advantage of my mother in law. She keeps calling them and no one answers. Never completed the job. They need to get these people doing this! Take away their license! Zero stars for me
