Worst decision I took going with them. Thats all I can say. After a few months have pass and no answer from them they are violating a contract if they dont respond am taking them to court to take all their items off my property as today they have fail to fulfill the contract and I call solcius they said they have nothing to do with my smart house. And for me I chose them for been a veteran own company and what a disgrace to call them a veteran own company.

Read the reviews knowing this: They are offering customers cash incentives to rewrite negative reviews as a way to 'rebrand.' June 2020: I was told I could get the cash equivalent of the incentives they offered if I would quote a new review. BUT I had to write the review BEFORE they would be able to 'help me out.' I said that was shady and I didn't feel comfortable lying. ERIC said they'd have to get back to me at a later date then and maybe I should check back in next month. I was pushy Ann's refused. He said he'd have to 'check with the CEO' to see if he could get permission. Also they couldn't actually install the items as promised because they just don't have the manpower. They were quick to install and I was almost annoyed at how often they were contacting me. After the install, when I wanted to schedule a time to have my incentives installed, they completely ignored me. Months of calling, emailing, texting led to nothing. They did not answer once. In fact, their main phone line had a message that their voice mail was full, so I couldn't even leave a voicemail. (Multiple reviewers say the same if if you look.)

We used My Smart House to install our system last spring. They contracted with Solcius to install it. Solcius was great, My Smart House, not so much. MSH promised, in writing an $850 rebate and a Ring doorbell system within 90 days of completion. Never happened. Repeated calls, never returned. Contacted the Better Business Bureau, who contacted MSH. MSM never responded. In December 2019 we stopped by their Murrieta office and talked with Eric, who promised resolution by Christmas. Didn't happen. Contacted them on January 6, 2020. They didn't respond. We will take them to court as soon as Covid 19 is over.

Terrible company to do business with, I got my panels put in on November, its the end of May and still no promo. NO Nest thermostat NO $700 cash back, NO phone pickup. This company is a joke. An American vet steeling from his own people. Thank you for being a good example Sir.....Learn how to do business the correct way, May you'll earn peoples respect....
