PowerHouse Solar

Trula Nelson and Wesley Wilkinson were at the RV and Boat show for Powerhouse Solar and I discussed solar options. They were Knowledgable, Freindly, and very Professional as I had many questions about solar. They have a great reputation and quality product.

The solar array at our lake house was severely damaged last winter by a huge snow load. I did a lot of research and was most impressed with the SunPower product. Both the output and guarantee were the best in the industry. I contacted PowerHouse Solar because they were listed as an elite SunPower dealer. I couldnt be more pleased with that decision. The owner, Bruce Blake and his sight manager, Garrett came to our home and evaluated our damages. They were thorough, knowledgeable and very professional in their evaluation. After getting approval by the insurance adjusters I gave them the go ahead. Approximately four weeks later they installed the new array and did an outstanding job.The installation took slightly more than one day and included the removal and recycling of the old system and installation of 21 new panels and the required rails by a team of six technicians. All team members were polite and professional and went the extra mile in terms of being helpful and efficient. They actually left the work sight cleaner than when they started!The new system is working exactly as described and should reduce our energy costs to about zero. We have built homes and remodeled over the years which is often fraught with delays and missed deadlines. NONE of that was an issue with PowerHouse Solar. They did everything that was expected and more! If I could give them six stars I would! Thank you for a job well done!

The system looks very nice and we are happy that it is under a warranty for 25 years. We know that this system is going to pay for itself over the years. The installers were always professional and courteous and always explained what they were currently working on because this was a large project.I was under the impression that we were going to have to pay for the upgraded transformer, but that was not the case. Because it is a shared transformer, we do not have to pay for it. The only draw back, which may have been because of red tape on wheover's end, was that it took over a year for this transformer upgrade to complete in order for our system to work at full capacity.

It was easy. They did all the work, got the permits, hooked everything up and it all works great. No more power bills.
