I've had my roof + solar installed by Secure Roofing and Solar 5 years ago (April, 2014). They replaced the roof, rain gutters and installed a new solar system.The roof and rain gutters have worked perfectly with zero issues. The solar has been great, especially as the power company raises rates. I've only had 1 issue with my solar panels. When my system was about 1 year old I noticed that power production was about 1/2 of what I'd expect. I made a mental note to call Secure and ask them to come fix it. However, before I even had a chance to call they sent someone to my house and began working on it. Amazing customer service!I highly recommend them.

David Massey and Secure Roofing put a new roof on my home in October 2009. It has a lifetime warranty against product and workmanship defects. One of his employees came out and inspected my roof, found the problem, and told me it would be covered under the warranty, and that the office would call me for a repair appointment. They never called. So far, I have left five messages. They never answer their phone and they never call back. Back in 2009 and 2010 they did very extensive work for me; redoing two showers, a new patio and pergola, new windows, and even a doggy door. For the most part, the work was of good quality, but Dave failed to keep several of his promises. Don't use them if you want any follow-up later.

A first class company, very impressed. I am a realtor and called Secure because of a small leak on a client's condo. Secure had reroofed the property about 10 years ago and were great about coming out and repairing it at no charge. While they were there, I noticed another potential problem from the reroof and they came back out and fixed it, also at no charge, before it could cause a potential leak. Kip, the repairman, and Dave, the owner, went above and beyond to take care of my client and through Dominic in the office they were in constant contact with me via email or phone. That is not the norm in the roofing business, as I have grown up knowing the roofing industry as my dad and uncle had a roofing company in Los Angeles for 50 years. Do not hesitate to call Secure for any of your roofing needs.

The workers from Secure were great to work with. They were very conscientious and processional, cleaning up their mess every day. They replaced my roof, put in solar, painted the entire house, and performed some needed repairs. They took my input and answered all my questions. They were very easy to work with and the quality of their work was very good. I was very happy with the final results
