With an excellent 50 year warranty and the company reputation for quality, I knew it was a no brainer. Paul Wallach, their representative, was efficient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We hired Petersen Dean to install our 60 solar panels because they sold us on the fact that they had been in the roofing business for years and that they know roofs. Well, they also knew our roof was 25 years old and didn't suggest we put new paper down. Now, our house needs new paper put down and they want to charge us $19,000 to remove and replace the panels. Also, I had a roofer go up to look at where it was leaking and tiles are missing, there are large gaps in the tiles etc. They just wanted put solar on there and then get paid to come back. They never return my calls or emails. Consider other companies because we feel scammed.
