Our whole experience with Synergy Solar was wonderful, from the very first phone call to the installation and follow-up waiting for PG&E to give permission to turn on (which was quick). Jeff and Mike listened carefully, explained well, and designed a system just right for us. The install team was friendly, neat, and excellent in explaining both the installation process and how to operate the system. As an avid DIY'er, I found their attention to detail matched my own.I wish I could give them 6 stars. I highly recommend Synergy Solar.

Customer service sucks! I have been calling, emailing for weeks and have received no response. They say they'll return your call within 24 hrs. Over 2 weeks, nothing. Don't use the company!

Synergy Solar did an awesome job for us in setting up solar panels in 2015 then adding in a Sonnen solar powered battery in 2018. Jeff did a great job for us in scoping out the panels and the battery based upon our usage and needs. Mike got everything up and running smoothly. They are both easy to work with and good guys.
