This is one of the companies behind those robo calls you've been receiving. Apparently these guys are bigger than the FCC and they do not respect the federal do not call list.

Has been a terrible experience from a customer service perspective. My system cost over $110,000 and now one of the inverters is not working after 2 years and the system is only producing a fraction of what it should. I am given the run around by 4 different customer service representatives and no one ever calls me back. Is has been a costly mistake to use this company. I would strongly advise against ever using freedom forever. the sales guy has been superb but customer service for problems is non-existent.

I looked into solar panels for my home. And after getting no answers what so ever after calling my sale rep and the home office still not getting the answers I needed. My sales rep was very nice and kind. But this company is new to florida and has no idea what they are doing. I wish them luck in florida. Dissatisfied ex customer.

My husband and I sat down with Better Earth/ Freedom Forever , Petersen dean, solar city and sun run. We even called pge and talked to the solar dpt. Freedom gave us by far the best package. I wanted the best rate and the best panels. My husband is a mechanic and he looked over every spec sheet and installation plan. During the install he watched them and saw how they did the electrical wiring and racking device. He was very impressed with their work and he has near impossible standards to meet. The whole process took less than a month and install was done by 2oclock. The other companies were pushy and took too long. I'm referring Andrew zambetti and better earth to my mother and all my neighbors, everyone needs to get free solar and save money!

Great company to work with. Efficient and professional. Our sales rep Xavier Rex stayed in contact with us the whole way making for a smooth installation and transition from the grid. He also gave us a great deal locked in for 25 years with no money down. Good by SDGE. Couldnt be happier with him and the crew.
