This company was responsible for the explosion in Murrieta on July 15th!

Solar company sales tactics are already painful to deal with, but to know that you have a team willing to cut corners to make an install happen is even more insane. You disregarded safety protocols and killed one professional, experienced utility worker and family man; ruined a Navy Chief and his families newly purchased residence and their personal belongings (thankful his family was safe); and destroyed a nice portion of that local neighborhood causing much grief and pain to everyone there. I dont think I have to look far to affirm everyones thoughts by looking at reviews from your own employees on Indeed and Glassdoor. Good luck and may your company never do business again.

I have called and emailed horizon several times a day for weeks now. When I finally get an answer Im told someone will call me back. Still no one has gotten back to me or responded to my emails

I was promised commercial panels. No such thing. Took 3 months to install, finally happened on Halloween. Permission to operate on 12-1-2019. Still no incentive check. Constant run around with customer service. Promises to call me back never happened. 100% dissatisfied with my experience. I would never refer Horizon to anyone.

Flaky company with bad character. We got the $250 gift card offer in the mail, and scheduled a consultation. Scheduling was easy and the representative arrived on time. However, the rep seemed in no hurry to sell me a product or close a deal, and took twice as long as I thought he needed. He sent me a contract and I said I would think about it.Turns out, whatever financing company they were using backed out before I could respond. Okay, no problem. I can wait a little longer to buy solar. I would like that $250 you promised, though.Six phone calls and two months later, they have avoided sending the gift card. ('only my manager can do that, and she's out today...' 'call back in 10 minutes' 'it will be in the mail in two weeks' 'we only send those out on Fridays') Really?! Please don't make the offer if you aren't willing to follow through! I would call that fraudulent. *Edit - The $250 gift card came in after I posted this review.
