This company has a great incentive offer, BUT they dont follow through on payment terms. They hook you in and then delay your check for months. We started using Horizon in August and were told we would receive our incentive check within 2 months. To this date we are still waiting on our incentive and we are constantly having to follow up, only to find out of an additional delay.Their customer service is one of the worst Ive experienced...transferred from one person to another because they are uncapable of prioritizing and truly fulfilling a customers request. Instead they have all the excuses in the world as to why they cant help you. At this point just glad our energy bill is low, but definitely hope nothing goes wrong with our system, I can only imagine how long it would take to get something fixed.

Excellent costumer service!!! I believe his name was Aaron that helped me understand what solar was about and made it easy for me to understand. This company really makes you feel like they have your best interest at heart. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a piece of mind of what solar is about.
