Horrible service and so unreliable. Lady on the phone told me they couldnt transfer my services until I payed a fee of $185 to turn it on. After paying it on the phone, come to find out there is no transaction history in their systems and they shut my power off without notice. I can only hope the owners of this business fire her and replace her with someone who can actually do their job. Thank you SCE for turning off my power with two kids and an infant in a hot house.
