Very shady business! 1 star is for the installation team that came out to install the panels; they were great. Other than that, I highly recommend staying away from this company. If you still want to go with them, do not trust what their sales reps tell you. Good luck getting any call back from them also when you call to follow up on these issues. Blue Raven refuses to honor promises offered by their salesperson. They repeatedly tell me that what he (the sales rep) told me was between me and him, and that his words do not represent Blue Raven. They recommend me to spend my money to take care of those items myself, then their sales rep may mail me a check from his own bank account. They also added that no promise he would mail me a check. Buyer beware. I don't know where they find these sales reps to send to your house and make the pitch, but if you do have a chat with these people, do know that Blue Raven may throw them under the bus after they've got you to sign a contract with them, and their sales reps also stop responding to your inquiries. Save yourself a headache and stay away from them. Believe the negative reviews you see on here. You'll be glad you do.

A door-to-door salesman came to our house today DURING THE PANDEMIC, not even wearing a mask. Profits over the lives of their potential client base. Anyone who comes unannounced to my door during normal times has lost my business. During a pandemic...I will be sure to let as many people as possible how know unprofessional this company is.

This group has been great to work with. Our salesman, Chris was great! He went above and beyond, got us great financing and even had dinner with us. The whole team has been ahead of schedule, with great communication from everyone. The install crew...AMAZING. They arrived right on time at 7am and were completed with everything by noon. Do not get solar from anyone else than Blue Raven Solar. They're the bomb.com!

I had Jerry from Blue Raven Solar help me with my system. He was awesome and the company followed through on everything they said they would do. They were quick, efficient, and my system works and looks great. They are super responsive and I love that I can see my systems effectiveness and control it all from an app. Jerry even follows up to see how my system is doing a half a year later. I even contacted him to help me with an off grid home in the mountains and he came in person with the owner of another company that did off grid systems since his did not. He has even followed up to see how that is going multiple times. I cannot say enough good things. If you are looking to do solar call Jerry at 671-5000 in Colorado Springs.

Just wanted to add that I was also visited by two door to door salesmen today during the pandemic. A company more interested in sales than people's lives. I would never do business with this outfit. Disgusted and angry.Edit: Your reply 2 months later shows me how important your customers really are. Your first line alone was nothing more than an advertisement. What a horrible company.
