Installation went well . Shortly after I started noticing roof leaks. Called C-Tec and got the run around. Called 2 different roofers which said panel mounting is to blame. Called C-Tec back and have been waiting a month and a half already for someone to come out.Has now been two months and I am now seeking legal help.

Started with Salesman trying to lie to me. Told me the Gvernment would send me a rebate check. That was not true. Then my shipment of Solar panels arrived no one here to unload. The guys were late !!. So I had to. Then the electrician spilled PVC Glue down in basement and use my material to clean up and my basement smelled for days. Then the same electrician left parts on my front lawn and I didn't see them due to leaves falling down. I was mowing and part flew off my wives car. Wive was not happy. So I had to rake up all the material left behind. Then I was told I needed extra support over my garage no true so i took a day off for no reason. Then I was promised a gift card for all my headaches. That was a lie too. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and I think they shouldn't be allow to do business ever again.

C-TEC team is top notch and did an excellent job managing the project from the get go. very pleased with the overall process, outcome and the quality of the workmanship. C-Tec team was there when I needed help and support and kudo's to Andrew, Erin, Nick, Mike, Joshua for an awesome job. Highly recommend C-TEC for anyone looking to go Solar as they are the best in CT.
