Green Street Solar

We ran across Russell, the Installations Manager, at a local Delaware home show. We interviewed a few other companies and went with Green Street and are delighted that we did. With Russell we had superb communications, excellent service and installation, and follow-up at the end. We've only had the system on for a week so far, we will likely be reporting use progress over time. Our new system is up and running and everything is completed. This has been a great experience for us.We met with representatives from 3 different companies before opting for Green Street Solar. Russell was impressive. He knows the technology. He designed a system with 36 325W solar panels for us.One of the reps from another company did not know the technology. He actually gave us information that was technically wrong.Green Street Solar's contracts are straight forward and do not present a lot of misleading information regarding actual costs. They literally did all of the attending paperwork for us. The crew that worked on our job was friendly and competent. They were diligent and took pride in their work. The job went smoothly. The installation is clean and the workmanship is excellent. They didn't cut any corners.The price was excellent, the work was excellent, the service was excellent - we could not have asked for more - we hit the solar energy trifecta.When the county inspector came out to inspect the installation he told me I got the best company out there. He said he has never had a problem with anything they've done. He told me he's thinking of doing a solar system and when he does he said he plans on hiring Green Street Solar.

I had solar panels installed on my home by Green Street. They were very knowledgeable and helpful picking out the right system for me. My panels aren't very visible from the ground, so I didn't need the more expensive but prettier panels that most other places were pushing.The prices were competitive and they use high quality panels and inverters, so I expect it will be very reliable and low maintenance. Despite all the challenges of COVID, the system was still installed on schedule and they were very accommodating.

Worked with Russell through the entire process and he made it easy to do and to understand. Very responsive for questions and the installation crew was very professional and did a wonderful job. They work with you for the whole process from design to applications to installation to after installation to even connecting directly to the electric company to get the system in and meter changed out. Was a seamless and easy process and we are loving our new solar powered life!
