My friend recommended the shop, he’s a real solarhead and already bought stuff for like two systems from them for two different houses. Well, the shop is good in my opinion. The staff is very professional, they know a lot about their equipment and how you do solar in the US. Delivery arrived on time..barely. it took exactly 7 days, but the panels are alright, none of them were broken, like other people complained. I don’t think I’ll need another solar system anytime soon, so i can’t say whether i’ll come back or not, but it was a good experience!

***CAVEAT EMPTOR*** I ordered a set of REC Alpha Pure 400s from A1 Solar Store and they arrived packed by a third party in a woefully inadequate condition strapped to a pallet with no padding and a pallet nail gouge in the bottom panel. They didn't even place them face to face like the valuable fine art they are.
When I informed Alexey of this with explicit photos establishing their third party packer's careless disregard for that non-countersunk nail, he attempted to shift the blame to transport. I'm certain Fed-Ex was not responsible for that nail.
This has yet to be resolved with integrity and radical responsibility. If and when they take responsibility, deliver me a new panel properly packed and institute a proper packing policy, I will delete this review.
Nearly a month later, I have heard nothing but crickets from Alexey or Kate.

I made a large purchase at a1solarstore and am very pleased with how it was handled. Alexey was prompt in his replies and processed this order in a timely manner. I would buy again from them again with confidence.

Great value for 375 watt 72 cell panels. Delivery was fast (3 days) and panels arrived in perfect condition by carrier. Very happy with product.
