I think it is pretty inappropriate to solicit business by taping a notice over the handles of people's front doors. I can't imagine a truly reputable company ding such a thing. i would post zero stars if I could.

I was really satisfied with both the customer interface on phone, quick response to concerns, and with Eric and crew who oversaw the installation. My panels are up and running and job was completed when they said it would be.

I worked with Ailey after researching the many firms providing solar. They have a very good reputation in the Chicago region.Their sales person (Tony C) was responsive to all my questions.Their office person (Katie) was very helpful and prompt with billing and paperwork.Even after a snafu, the owner (Jack) was on the phone with me coming up with a solution that worked for both of us.It was great and the system is cranking out clean power.-Aaron

I received seven quotes from multiple solar companies, before deciding to go with Ailey. I chose Ailey partly because they are a local company and wanted somebody I could rely on after the state tax incentives are gone, and the out of state guys are gone. But I also felt like they provided the best combination of price vs quality, and they are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, and guided me through the process. The install went smoothly and I was impressed with the crew they sent out. Overall great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
