Rude power off more than on it seems customer service wat is that lol. Remc needs to put a team together and work on that for their customers.

Here is a quick example of why this company's rating is so low. I received a bill for one of their customers and I live four counties away from their service area. I tried explaining this to the lady that answered their customer service line. I asked that she look up the name of the gentleman in the address window to see if possibly the address was transposed incorrectly and they could get him an updated bill to possibly avoid a disconnect. All she did was continuously interrup t. I explained that I took the bill to the post office to have it sent back to them. That I was worried that this gentleman's electric possibly could be shut off before they received this improperly addressed mail. This snatch only cared about getting off the phone. I feel sorry for those of you that have to deal with this company. I am very thankful that I do not have to deal with these clams.

Second year in a row we've been with out power in subfreezing temps for days on end. No body can give an estimate on when the power will be back on. No reasoning why our power is out other than wind. Really wishing we had Duke Energy right now. At least they give you a timeline so you can make other arrangements if need be.
