American Electric Power

I have a 2 bedroom trailer and my power gets up to $600 a month... This company is ridiculous.Dont go through this company.

It's very sad... There are people in this world that has to choose between paying their power bill their rent it buy food... I'm one of those people to. All these taxes are being charged that have nothing to do with having electricity in our house but we have to pay them or live without power. My deposit was payed to have power turned on in my home an I'm told it takes 1-3 business days to be turned on. The bill was payed early Thursday morning an with it being Friday evening I'm told it could possibly be Tuesday before its on. We don't have a different choice of going to a different power company where I've been told that the bills barely go over $150 a month. You can look down on me or choose to have your opinion of me, but remember you do not know me or my situation so don't judge me. AEP people you really should think about how the citizens of your coverage area are being treated by you. I hope you have a great sleep this weekend in your cool/warm home because I know you will not loose a moment's rest about the children an their families being without a way to cook for them or have hot water for a bath. I wished I'd had better words for AEP!!!
