Got stood up twice by Vaughan (sp?). No call, nothing. Clearly they don't need the business. Went with another provider. Word of mouth travels fast, bad word of mouth travels faster.

Very happy with the crew and the installation of our panels. They were very responsive and easy to work with.

InSource installed a solar array on top of our huge barn, saving us the cost of building a support for it. It has been seamless- all we do is look at the app when we want to gloat about all the lovely electricity we are making. It is generating more than anticipated, too, so we will use some of the extra to help power a house we rent.

I hired INSOURCE RENEWABLES to install a rooftop solar system and heat pump at my residence in July 2018. Everyone on the team was a joy to deal with, from initial consultation to final installation and assistance dealing with my electric utility regarding the net metering agreement. I was so satisfied that I had another heat pump installed at my seasonal camp. I compared competing price quotes from competent vendors and Insource was the lowest. All work was done efficiently on the day promised to the highest possible standard, with the team taking the initiative to check in on my preferences regarding installation choices. I was so impressed with the electrician on the jobs, that I have hired her for other work I need done. While I expect no problems with any of these high-quality systems, I know Insource will be there if there are any issues that come up during the life of either system.
