Product is accessible and affordable. Communication is not perfect, but acceptable. Most importantly this allowed us to go solar for $0 down. In 2 months we have saved 20 trees worth of carbon!

Edit - This has deteriorated. It has taken more than 2 months to re-amortize a loan that was promised to take 2 weeks. After 6 follow-up phone calls, 10 weeks, and two unfulfilled promises for a supervisor call, I finally was escalated today and told that it may take another 2 billing cycles. That means 4 months total to complete a process I was told would take 2 weeks. I'm hopeful that someone can help me out here, but without a prompt and thorough resolution, I withdraw any recommendations for using this company. This is completely unacceptable.
