If I could give this company negative stars I would give it -50 stars! Thomas Murphy is a horrible tech agent. He's very rude and incompetent. After over a week of emailing back and forth for an appointment and him saying he would be there that ( Monday) morning. He never showed. 2 days later he finally responded to multiple emails to find out what happened. He thought he was talking to some other customer the whole time.. he finally made it out. He had to replace our solar meter. Told us he was calling sunrun to give them the new meter number and we would be all set in a few days.. 2 weeks later I call sunrun to ask why they hadn't updated the meter number. Thomas Murphy NEVER called them. I email him to find out why. 2 days later he responded. He says he never knew he had to tell sunrun the new meter number! So I was fed up with over a month dealing with him. I told him sunrun contacted his company and got the number and that I was glad I no longer had to deal with his company. 2 days later he responds ' ME too'. I will tell everyone I know to stay far far far away from this horrible company! This tech agent NEEDS TO BE FIRED!

My solar panels have been down for 3 weeks during prime month of summer sunlight. Unable to reach anyone at 1st Light Energy service. I'm in the black hole - literally! They know how to sell you the product, but they don't seem to be able to service it. What a disappointment.

Worst customer service EVER. I've been trying to reach these guys for almost a month now. I might have called at least 20 times and not once i was able to reach a human. I don't think anyone can get through their customer service helpline. Avoid this company, I would not even give 1 star but google won't let you post your review without a star
