This is a terrible place to work and go through for solar panels. They are very unprofessional when it comes to how they handle their workers and even told their ex team lead not to speak with customers because its a waste of their time. They allow workers that have been on drugs to come and work and even hired back one employee that was on their cameras trying to steal from them. They have had workers mess up a job and one of their electricians electrocuted and continued to keep that employee with no punishment. Their ex team lead was with them for almost two years and at first it was great but once all of the other employees were fired due to theft or drugs he was the only one left and went in every day no matter the weather or how he felt and thats when things went south. He even went in on the weekends and did side jobs for the bosses but when they got in trouble for a job messed up or not being done they took it out on him even though he was the only one who stayed when everyone else left. Then after laying him off for a week would ask if they were all good. They have violated osha regulation rules which was realized when they had their workers take the osha test. After speaking to other solar panel companies...A1 solar sources name was no secret to them because they had to go back and fix jobs that A1 solar source had messed up. They were also able to describe some of the unprofessionalism. They also dismissed an employee over his hair even when he had it up and tried to maintain it the best he could. After their team lead left they proceeded to tell other employees that he was messing up jobs but that makes no sense considering they made him a team lead and kept him as one and also had him training new employees. This company needs a full inspection and overhaul.

Had a sales representative helping me. Great guy forgot his name though. Trouble came in when I had to reach a supervisor over a question I had. Communication was horrible and then I was blamed for miscommunication while I was told who and when to call. It was very unpleasant; Other than that good service

Called A1 solar sores and was not impressed at all. Then called Grainger and got the part I needed. The rcpnst was unfriendly and I must apologize for calling her as It presented an obvious incumberance in her morning. Sorry about that!. Not a customer, never will be. That should cover the BS defensive owners response. BTW: your van pulled by my shop w/ an ext ladder hanging 6ft out of the back door - Nothing says Professional like that - but it was worth a laugh!, so thanks!.
