They explained everything along the way, and were patient with my paperwork return. We had four separate systems installed, in three different locations. Installation was completed in a professional manner, and the finished product looks very good. The only glitch, was one of the inverters originally showed an incorrect date, so the monitoring system didn't work at the start. However that didn't affect the production. Am now in the process of ordering another system.

Brightery placed solar panels on our commercial building last year. The panels have not been working for 2 months, we have tried calling and emailing to get Brightergy to come out and fix the panels since they are still under warrantee. They originally told us there was a fee to fix them, then told us they would get back to us and take care of the issue. Now they just dont respond. I am generally an open minded person, but now I am frustrated. I am going to try one more time this week to get them fixed, but I would recommend using someone else for solar, this company doesnt stand behind what they sell.
