I can now reset the clocks on my stove and microwave blindfolded due to the power being out so often. Never lived somewhere with this many unplanned power outages.

10 years later their customer service is still horrible, and they consistently get it wrong and tack the customer with irreversible fees. Great motivation to go off the grid.

Worst electric company you could ever have.. their dispatch can't even tell you what the problem is.. there is no communication within the conpany.. just robots saying what they are told to say.. I have no heat and no running water in my house right now and this happens at least 2 times a winter. Last winter it was for 4 days I was with out power
