If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! This is by far THE WORST utility company I have ever done business with. They provide absolutely treacherous 'customer service'. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF POSSIBLE!!!!!

Terrible place almost cut off the power to are house. On the day they where leaving a notice. Said to my mom yeah it will be off in 20 mins and that there was nothing we could do about... it would have been 1000 dollars to get it back on.

Beware, they are now trying to assess penalty charges for payments posted 3 days after due date. After 10 years being a member of this cooperative as they are the only ones providing service in my area and getting at least 2 power outages a month in clear weather they are now trying to mess with our billing. Called them and got some stupid story about payments needed to be made by the exact date 7th of the month in this case. 3 days is not a grace period it is just common sense. Stop messing with your loyal customers!
