I recently received an inverter and had no idea on how to use it. I called the tech support number provided in my manual and spoke with the support staff immediately. I explained my situation and the time crunch I was in. Within minutes my inverter was up and running, charging my batteries, and producing the power I required.I have read various reviews across multiple websites, and my experience is that the support staff is courteous, prompt, and extremely helpful. If I decide to go completely off the grid, I know who I am going to buy from.

Fair Warning - company has impliment policies to protect themselves at thier customers expense. They will not ship to a address that is not associated with card being used. Pretty common to ship to an address other than your billing address but you won't be able to here unless you add all address to your card. Not worth the time. Good luck to all
