Affordable Solar

As a HAPPY CUSTOMER I not sure where to start. Installation, now some 8 years ago, was excellent. Since then I've had several micro-converters go bad and each time the service was prompt and efficient. In simple terms I have ZERO COMPLAINTS. Great, GREAT COMPANY.

Great people, easy to work with

In all phases of getting solar, Affordable Solar was fantastic. The sales rep, Dylan was very knowledgeable: of course about photovoltaic solar, but also about several other tangential topics (e.g. heat pumps) we discussed over several months of correspondence before I signed up to go solar. Dia, the project coordinator kept everything very clear and, well, _coordinated_. Finally the install team was super courteous to me, my wife and little kids and our dog. They worked quietly, with precision, and professionalism, and Ty, in particular went the extra mile and helped trouble-shoot and fix a small issue from the panel upgrade done by a third party that he could have clearly deferred as not his job. Really thrilled with the process from sales to installation. I thought a couple other solar companies in town seemed good, but not as compelling as Affordable in terms of logical product mix: Hyundai panels benefit from the warranty of a large conglomerate company, and Enphase microinverters (avoiding single point of failure, and with twice as long a warranty as a string inverter). Dylan was great about explaining those items, as well as Affordable being a company being trusted by large commercial as well as residential. Of course, another important factor is that they were also priced very well (comparing all factors), so I have no doubt I made the best choice, and would recommend them to anyone considering going solar.

When we called for service, it had been almost 5 years since the solar panels were installed. The Affordable Solar Tech arrived a little early :). He was professional, cheerful, concerned and thorough. The system was back up and running within 20 minutes bof his arrival. Many thanks, Affordable!
