We canceled this service due to the poor quality of the leads. 18 months later we noticed an unauthorized ACH charge on our bank account for additional leads. When we called in they were apologetic, and promptly refunded the charge with a responsive customer service follow up. Supposedly our account had been moved from an inactive group to a billing group. Beware when trusting this company with your banking or credit card information, and the leads did not result in any sales for us. If you have dealt with this company before, keep a close eye on your bank account, even long after you've canceled their service.

I contacted this company who were referred to me by a friend. Michael Bonfiglio was my sales rep. I signed a contract to purchase solar leads web and voice verified with a $3,000 monthly budget. After I signed the contract, I receive a call from my sales rep who tells me he and his sales manager needed to speak with me. They then place me on speakerphone and start accusing me of committing fraud for no reason whatsoever. I am from the State of MA. All of my banking is still in the State of MA. Because I gave them my credit card with my billing address being in the State of MA they accused me of fraud! They obviously have no common sense to understand that most people who live in L.A. are not from L.A> They then tell me they did a reverse phone number lookup on my cell phone which I recent;y purchased and ask me about some company I never heard of and proceed to badger me as to why this company comes up when they google my cell phone. Understandably, I got fired up and very upset and the disrespectful nature of this harassing phone call. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD AND BOGUS COMPANY WHO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THEY ARE GARBAGE. IF THEY ARE TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHO THEY ARE JUST MEETING THEY WILL BE SELLING FRAUDULENT LEADS!! STAY AWAY!!!!!
