I wish I had done my research! We knew that we wanted to go solar, But I had no idea that it was going to be as much of a headache as it was. My carpet is stained, my roof is scratched, gouged, and my ridge cap is dented. This was supposed to be a good experience and it has been awful! We were also promised a rebate of over 8500.00 and guess what? We're not getting that either. We got back 1700 on our taxes and we have to wait 6 years to get the whole amount I was promised at the time of install completion. Don't fall for this company. For us it has been nothing but alot of false promises! DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST! There's so much more that made it an awful experience but these were the major things, so we'll leave it at this! --------------- To Edit. . . Now that it is said and done and they made me delete my original post in order to try to get me the reimbursement I deserved for the damage to my property, Which took 5 weeks, to still get a low blow offer and no results. This company has put me through the Ringer like nothing ever before. They fired the person that was trying to help us out so I had to start the process all over again with someone new, I got told 3 different times in the process that 3 different people were owners and quite honestly I don't believe any of them. They sent out people to do estimates on my roof and told the people not to speak to me and don't send me the estimates. Mind you this is my property not theirs, And when you do an insurance claim the insurance writes you a check for what they feel is fair so that you can get it fixed the way that you want to, They were not willing to do that. This has been the absolute worst experience ever in my entire life. I get that every company has their good and they're bad but this was bad enough that quite honestly they should be shut down you can't do people the way that they have done us. They said that they would make it right if we didn't go through insurance but then when I asked to still go through insurance they wouldn't even let that happen without me filling it on my insurance. I pity the next person that signs contract with this company. But i will assure that they dont get by with what they have done to my home. Better find you an attorney before you sign because I promise you'll need him before the processes up!
