I called to get my power restored after huge branch fell on lines, they responded and restored power. I then called again because there were three connected lines connected and hanging from the pole and on the ground. Was apprehensive to touch or cut. I asked if someone would come out an give my input into my next step. They responded by saying it was not their policy. Now as a customer of a public utility i would think there would be a responsibility on there part to put my concerns at ease. I also asked that if the service persons that made the repair would have knocked on the door and explained what wires on the ground were and how how I should continue to solve the problem the reply it is not there problem and it would take too much time, amazeing. She then responded she would write up another request to my concern and foreword it to the proper department and notify me re the outcome she responded it is not the policy to call the customer back an inform them of the status. I am still apprehensive regarding the situation. Certainly not comprehensive customer service. Nick Navarra North Canton Ohio. While I was writing this someone came and advised me. The line workers were great and so was asplundh, the front line customer service reps on the phone were terrible. Need significant custom training and the policies need revisited.

The worst company I've dealt w/ n ky!!!!!!!!!! Tried 2 contact them WON'T answer the phone!!!!!!!! If I could I rate them a NEGATIVE 1,000,000!!!!

Horrible service and customer service!! They shut our power off without even getting a disconnect notice till the day of disconnect even with proof they wont do anything about it!!
