We didn't buy our solar panels from Okie Solar, I wish we had, we bought from Envirosolar a Texas company we had nothing but problems from day one. We called daily, weekly, and complained because they didn't work we were promised a technician would eventually get to us. After several months the Envirosolar hired Okie Solar to do our service call, the technician they sent out fixed our panels that were installed incorrectly. He went over everything with me, he was so polite and efficient. He came back the next day because he said something just wasn't reading right so he tweaked it a little and got everything working perfectly before he left. Fast forward about nine months my electric bill shows no solar power, Envirosolar is supposed to monitor this and contact us, I called them to find they have went out of buisness. So I called Okie Solar and asked them about our warranty. I learned that Envirorolar owes Okie Solar a sizable amount of money for all the work they did to correct Envirisolar mistakes but even tho they also have been shafted he tells us he'll send out an electrician to see what is going on and his company will take over our warranty work and monitoring our system. Not many companies will step in and take over another companies mess, my advice to everyone is buy Oklahoma. Okie Solar is the best company around to get your solar panels from they are honest and reliable. We wish we had done our research and dealt with them from the beginning. We recommend them 100%.
