I am a property owner-I do not have service with them, they illegally came and cut both trees and BUSHES/trampled flowers and ground cover- now it is very hard-impossible to get anything to grow-Luv-lied- stated would not cut bushes/ground cover- total damages over $9000.00, They said they would come back and plant bushes/plants destroyed but did not. No right of way exists where a line was illegally placed. Claim they are a coop- BS- nothing but another utility company that tries to do what-ever they want. To all land owners-know your rights and block them from destroying your property. Better to see them in court then to let them destroy your property. Then a agreement can be reached that they have to abide by.

When we came down from vt first thimg we got blindsided with was a 500 deposit or we were not getting the power turned on had to have father in law help us out after that things were fine but when it came to refund our 500 dollars it was a different story I was promised our refund a week before Christmas witch we needed to do a little extra shopping a day before christmas I called her and asked her what was going on she told me one more week I got mad and told her where to go another week passed no check everytime I called the story changed week and week 5 6 weeks later I finally got my check but still have not seen my final bilk

Worst experience with a company ever, rude, no manners, really poor customer service! Thay need to teach how to do a good customer service, have humanity, then they have the highest prices for that kind of service!

Usually have no issues and staff is friendly and helpful, the prices are just getting rediculous though, keeps going up every year even though we put money yearly into making our home more energy efficient
