I could not ask for a more honest service company. First, they came out and repaired my 25 year old HVAC system for what some were asking for just the service call! Though informing me with the old age of my unit, another repair may take place sooner than I would like and advised me to start saving up for a new unit. Two months later my system had stopped working again, but thanks to their advice I was able to prepare for such and event happening. I called Air General again to do an entire change-out installation. They sent out Don and his son to offer me a handful of solutions and a variety of brand names to choose from. They installed a 15 SEER Trane Heat Pump with a 10 year warranty within TWO DAYS of making the phone call! I could not be more pleased with the difference I am now saving on my energy bill and with the unit they installed still running perfect 3 months later. Oh, they also threw in a FREE Nest Thermostat. THANKS GUYS

We purchased a 3 ton 14 SEER Maytag unit and it was installed a week later. The owner was thorough and ensured everything was safe and running efficiently before finishing job. Very reasonably priced!!!!

Called this company this past Saturday morning and two young men with one who seemed to be very knowledgeable of the HVAC trade. He said he had a college degree in HVAC and Refrigeration. I called two other heating and air companies that morning but had an outrageous after hours service fee that was more than double of this company. Even though it was cold and raining they repaired my unit within 2 hours for a great price!

I had this company come out and do an install a brand New unit. Worst decision I ever made. Very unprofessional,and unproductive work. Took five days to complete. And when they Left the job and told me everything was good.with in hrs my unit had frozen over and quit working. I hope this helps someone in the future not to hire this company for their HVAC work. Very unprofessional. I had to give them A star to post this. Honestly not worth the one

Air General out of Seneca came out last week in the cold rain to service our heating unit that took two hours and even offered a 20% discount on the repair as well as any possible future repairs by joining their service agreement membership for a very reasonable price (of course I joined) I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for an A+ job at low costs.
