Solar seems to work great. I dont have my first bill yet with the panels yet. The salesman was great and knowledgeable. The workers who installed the solar were nice and seemed to know what they were doing. The only problems encountered is afterThe sell, the number of panels decreased, the installation didnt match the plans and they said they would install a barrier in the attic. While they did install a barrier, the workers were unable to do part of the attic space as sold to me and they didnt fasten it to the bottom of the rafters. I will add that the workers took extra time and sealed up all of my hvac conduit joints and I didnt know they were going to do that. I expect to see some benefits in cost savings of fewer repairs going forward with HVAc system.

My system seems fine after our first 4 months. Installation was professional- excellent contractors, courteous and efficient My electric bill for the last 3 months- Oct, Nov, Dec is a credit balance. The combination of attic insulation, solar panels, etc is effective.
