DO NOT LET THEM INSTALL ON YOUR HOUSE WITHOUT SEEING LICENSES AND PERMITS!! ALL OF THE TECHS ON YOUR ROOF INSTALLING ARE NOT LICENSED TO BE WORKING IN THE STATE!!! AND NO ALTARAY DOESN'T HAVE THE PERMIT TO BE INSTALL THE PANELS OR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT ON YOUR HOME!!

Installation done quickly and smoothly, but incompletely. Did not pass electrical inspection, no follow-up scheduled yet. Issues re. receiving funds for loan payments.

Altaray installed about 7 of my neighbors and they all love their system. They have had them for years. I asked everyone in my neighborhood about who I should go with. Most neighbors did not recommend their solar company because they ended up just being a sales company and not the real installer so they never got answers. All of those that had altaray did recommend them. They are the actual installer. My system was turned on in January 2019. The process was smooth. The power company took some time on their part but Altaray pushed them to get things done as fast as possible. They were very transparent.

We were told that the installers would probably take 2 days for the install and might change the plan because they knew best. Well that is true they changed the plan to better our service and actually finished in one day. Above and beyond and we are excited to go green with solar panels!
