I am pleased to amend my earlier (poor) rating. Let me explain. I was super happy with the process -- start to finish -- of having A&R install solar panels for us. The sales person was really knowledgeable and helpful, their price was fair, the project manager and install team were all great. Everything worked great for a year and then we ran into issues with the SolarEdge live monitoring. I was not happy with the customer service support I received in trying to resolve this issue. To be fair, A&R was struggling with getting the help from Solar Edge that they needed. The issue is now resolved and I'm quite happy.

Fantastic experience with A&R solar. We're very happy with the entire process, from getting the bid, how the installation process went. The panels look great and are performing great. I would happily recommend A&R to anybody.

A&R provided a fantastic customer service experience from beginning to post-installation. They provided quick responses for our initial requests, assisted and explained every facet of the install, loan application, and dealing with SCL. Their installers were fast, polite, clean and kept us updated day to day, and one of their managers who lives in our neighborhood even stopped by the house a few weeks later to thank us for our business and ask if everything worked well.
