I've had my Artisan solar system for about 5 years now. Everything went well for the installation (clean, nice looking, etc). I have since had a hand full of issues1. After install they wanted to change a panel orientation (to squeeze out a little more efficiency), but forgot to plug something in (no power check?) causing my system to be down for weeks2. Communication with Solar system went down, called it in and was told it was an 'easy 20 min fix'......... That then took 3 months (yes, 3 months) after multiple no call no shows (had to call them every time) to get fixed. System was still running so at least I didn't lose any production.3 Inverter failures (Not Artisans fault they failed, just poor scheduling/communication) , I am currently waiting for my 4th inverter replacement and not a single time have they shown up on the initial scheduled day and 2 of them have been no call/no shows. All have taken several weeks and some over a month to get remedied. All this down time adds up quick with both the Solar power and Solar production incentives(ending in 2020) that are being missed, It seems once they got your money you end up on the back burner.Everyone I have dealt with has been real nice and seems to care, just a lack of follow up, which unfortunately is a huge deal (at least for me)

We got our 22 solar panels (on our roof) in 2014. Five years later, I am still really glad we picked Artisan. Great support, great follow-through. Everything was very professional, from the beginning. They listened carefully to what we wanted, did a lot of measurements at the site, then presented us with various options to choose from, and pros & cons of each option (not just cost). The installation team was very careful. And when there was a recall of one of the parts of our system, they helped us with that too. It was a big project for us, and having their support all along the way has been super.

Great company. They fixed an issue for my client on time and at less cost than originally quoted. I wish all companies were this great.

Artisan was terrific to work with on our solar system. Plenty of options to find the right fit for us, friendly people quality work and excellent follow through. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

These guys installed my solar more than three years ago, but they still keep in contact with me! They offer me cleaning deals, remind me to check my panels after a storm or get an extra cleaning because of the summer fires (that was a few years ago), send in my info for my yearly check and more. But what I love most is that they aren't pushy, they remind you once and then it's up to you and they respect you and your decision.
