Hartselle Utilities is running a complete scam... you cant pay in person with a debit card because they dont accept them and the only way to pay with a debit card is over the phone which they charge an extra 4 or 5 dollar fee to do... what business dont accept debit these days?!? Its a total scam to beat people out of their hard earned money as if they dont already get enough of it.... how is this even allowed?!?

These people are heartless. They shut our water off over a 30 dollar bill with no notice whatsoever. They dont send notices in the mail until the day they shut the water off. The men that shut the water off dont even have jellies to knock on the door to notify that its happening. The lady on phone is nothing short of a B-word. All they care about is squeezing money out of people with unannounced late fees and bills. Even if you call them out theyll lie straight through their teeth about it. I hope the right person reads this gives them what they deserves cause theyre terrible people and even worse at their jobs.
