$65 pure-profit 'new connection fee' to change a name in the computer. Power has already been connected and running for years. Unbelievable. Even Alabama Power, the evil empire, is cheaper.

I can't understand the complaints. We've been with Opelika Power for seven years and have had only positive experiences. We have the entire bundle (TV, DVR, Wifi, internet, etc.) and everything works perfectly.

Lieing managers told me I didnt pay a deposit. I know I did and didnt receive it back thats why there internet and cable company is going in the toilet
