Windows looks good had for couples year and trim starting to come lose . Have called several times get answer machine . They answer one time and was told the service department will get back with me. That's been a couple weeks no one called. It bad to pay all that money and get no service respond .

We had one of the factory representatives to come by our house to give an estimate on a sunroom. Almost immediately, he began to bad mouth the competitors - very unprofessional. His job was to convince us why we should do business with Champion ... period. That was the FIRST MISTAKE. We were not 100% on board with the decision to work with Champion and was told we could give our final decision by Monday (the visit was Wednesday evening). Now... with that being said, nothing was 'official'. However, the Rep took it upon himself to pull my husband's credit report WITHOUT permission. He never indicated he was requesting this information otherwise it would have been a immediate NO! Fortunately, I caught him before he was able to pull the other two credit bureaus. He informed us that these pulls were soft pulls when in fact, they were hard pulls against his credit report. I was livid!! This was the SECOND MISTAKE. Lastly, I sent a CC email to AHOLSOMBACK regarding my cancellation and requested a call back to talk about the visit. I never received a call. I cannot speak on the quality of the work. However, I can speak on the service. That alone is reason to not recommend this company.

First of all I want to say that the siding done by Joe and his crew looks amazing . I really appreciate all they did. My issue is with the completion of the gutters. I have been waiting over 3 weeks for it to be done. I have called over 4 times. Only to get a run around answer and was told that someone would call . I havent heard anything yet . Its approaching a month now . It has rained here quite often with a lot more to come. I have had to pump and dig trenches around my house to try to keep the water out from my (crawl space) basement. Its a losing battle. I chose this company over others for peace of mind and quality craftsmanship. I did not expect this. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this . I went from happy to angry . Still no response or resolution . I feel that they should not start another project until they complete a project . Smh

I had a sun room built in 2017 from Champion of Phelem Al. Great sunroom. Looks great it has heat and AC. Not even 2 years and the AC/Heater was not working properly. Called Champion of Phelem I was given a number to call which led to getting more numbers, until I was given a company that would fix it. When I talked to the company that came out to fix my AC/Heater I was informed that this would not be under warranty and I would have to pay. When I called champion they informed me that yes they do not cover repairs on the AC/Heater. With all the money that went into a new sun room and the so called great warranty that comes with this, I would not recommend in getting a product from this company. Reading other reviews that talk about warranty and how great it is , they must not have been from the one that I used. Buyer be ware it is not all covered under the warranty.

Update: guys came out to address last set of issues. Corey in service is so polite and professional; he truly cares about fixing any issues. Ultimately the project looks great. I wish we had handled things a little earlier in the process but you live and you learn. I can recommend Champion but as with any company, double check their work and have them address it right away. Original edit: Service managers came out and reviewed issues with us after making a recent complaint (gave 1 star a few weeks ago). Champion has nice products but make sure you point out mistakes before the crews leave! We feel bad for having them come out so many times to fix a few major (crooked siding on two windows, etc) and many minor (bad caulking in spots, corners not lining up nicely, etc) problems but we want to be able to be happy that Champion did our siding and windows. After the last set of work is done I may change to higher rate.Original post has been deleted due to all the work thats been put in recently to make sure the job was done right!
