They were able to come out for an emergency check quickly. The technician Luis was very smart and knew exactly where to look to correct the issue. He also did a few more things to ensure everything else was good. very friendly and understanding. Would recommend.

Woke on a Monday morning, during extreme heat warning, to find AC wasn't working. Called GVCH to schedule emergency visit. Tyler arrived during the timeframe he had given, was very courteous given the time of morning, efficient in determining the issue and resolution and took the time to explain the problem and things I might want to look at for future repair. My service technician, Tyler P. was absolutely amazing. He was very professional, personable and very precise in his explanation of the work he did and also what needed to be done. I think Tyler went above and beyond to take care of everything today to include explaining the option for a maintenance agreement. My overall experience starting with scheduling the appointment and the service visit has restored my faith in exceptional customer experience. Happy to have entered into a service agreement with such a quality company.
