Been where I’ve been over a year. I’m single, I hardly cook, I keep my heater at 68 degrees and turn it off during the day. My bill this month is 130$, last month it was 175$. My neighbors pay around 75$ monthly. There is three of them. I took a look at the meter boxes out back, it looks like a rats nest of wires. A 3 yr old could have done a better job. I thought electricians were supposed to know what code is. I received my last bill and it said balance due: 0.00$. I called the company and they said because you’ve made a year of on time payments you get your deposit back, only i never got it back because they just took it without asking. Maybe it’s just trading one amount of money for another, BUT THEY STILL SHOULD HAVE ASKED. Love the ethical business practices.

After 40 yrs of being a contractor I've retired to Lakeside Pinetop, purchased a home that needed work to salvage an old Moonridge home some seventy yrs old. I'm adding some space, repairing a bad foundation, replacing the bad plumbing, electrical and in the process moving the main electrical service location including a new meter panel. With my experience as a contractor I pulled permits and upgraded the main meter panel from a surface mount panel to a more austeticley pleasing semi flush meter panel used widely in many communities all around the country, UL approved, solar ready and totally legal. Only to find out after installation that NEC doesn't like semi flush panels only ugly surface mount panels. I was forced to remove the superior semi flush panel and install the surface mounted panel wasting $250 bucks! Sad NEC has no common sense and don't care about the customer.

If i could give this place no stars i would...my power has been out for over 6 hours ...this is unacceptable ...its 42 degrees outside ...yes it snowed but not enough to lose power for this long ...i dont understand how you can allow this kind of service for people that live here...then you charge a huge deposit to have power with a company that could care less about the people and more about the money....the weather is NOT that bad that the power is out this long....fix the issues that are causing this ....ive live in states with tornados and power was on in less then a couple hours...but a inch of snow and powers out for hours ..this is crazy!
