The bill doesnt match up with usage alerts. I have brought this to their attention on multiple occasions. I was told this would be fixed and credited once they reach out to the company that does their system billing. Its been a month and nothing resolved. I continue to get incorrect bills sent.

Daily usage is absurd and i feel like im being over charged on a daily for the past couple of years. ED3 mus make some corrections to their service sooner than later. i was went from paying $3 a day to $15 a day with a week or two. Nothing has changed within my home but the weather is warmer but that shouldn't make my bill jump so high that fast EVER! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.......

This company will only set up one payment arrangement with you. I paid the bill the following monday instead of friday and because of that I have to wait for an entire year for another arrangement. These summer bills are insane. $450 to $500. Ive called several times and they won't budge. Not a good company. I see why their ratings are so low. They could be more flexible. I usually dont have an issue being able to pay on time im pretty consistent.

They manipulate rates and overcharge, repeatedly reflecting differences in kilowatt hours used/paid for (always in the region of double what has been used). Eventually I grew tired of complaining about it to them as 1)They're the only option available and 2) They're more than aware of what they're doing, are overcharging intentionally and are raking in a nasty profit doing so. Every bill period ED3 rakes in about 7 million dollars (Average bill is about $300.00 x 25,600 customers) which explains the beautiful fleet of personal vehicles their employees drive, but I would *love it* if they would ever play straight math with their customers.
