David Phelps of Phelps Solar Specialists did a great job replacing our existing Solar Panels & Piping with new Solar Panels & Piping. David identified four roof tiles that required replacing and that the temperature sensor for the Solar Panels wasn't connected properly. David also installed a new sensor for our pool water.
