Mt Lemmon Realty Inc web site was easy to navigate. Found what I was looking for with ease. May use them when we are ready to purchase on Mt. Lemmon.

Looked at a cabin (11912 Upper Soldiers Camp N Road) on 9/7 at approximately 2pm. Made an offer on the cabin before we left at approximately 3:30pm. On our way back home, Jennifer, who showed us the cabin, called and said the grandson had come back with a figure he would not go lower than and we matched it. Got home, received an email from Jennifer, printed the paperwork off, signed the paperwork, scanned the paperwork and emailed it back at 8:03pm. Jennifer, who showed us the cabin, said a lady was coming up the next morning 9/8 at 11am to look at the cabin for a 3rd time, so that is why we wanted to get our offer in as quickly as possible before someone else came along and grabbed the cabin out from under us. After waiting around until approximately 3pm on 9/8, we called Mt. Lemmon Realty Inc. and they said there was an offer on the cabin and were very confusing about the whole thing. We asked several times how that could be when our offer was on the table 9/7 at 8:03pm. Mt. Lemmon Realty Inc. said we can make another offer. Again, we had a signed offer on the table already. Called again on 9/9 at 10am since none of this was making any sense and they said they submitted both offers at the same time and since the other offer was more than our offer (to which we agreed on with the grandson), they went with the other offer. I don't know about you, but this is shady business at it's best. Sounds to me like someone (Mt. Lemmon Realty Inc.) needs to take a couple classes on ethics. We will NEVER go through Mt. Lemmon Realty Inc. ever again. Extremely unprofessional.
